I'm officially part of the APA - American Poolplayers Association. Sick, isn't it?! My first league game is tonight and I'm nervous as hell. My team captain is putting me up first so that hopefully I'll get over my nerves. I hope I don't vomit all over the green. I'm the only girl on this team but I hear there are other girls on the other teams - ASIANS! Great. If they play as well as Soph then I'm screwed.

Of all the dumb things I've ever done, this is by far the dumbest thing ever...

I fell down a flight of stairs at work.

Saying it alone cracks me up, but I'm completely bruised up like someone took me out in the parking lot. The results of my x-rays came in today and luckily nothing is fractured. My left hip is completely tender with blood clots surfacing to the top of my skin. Both of my knees are messed up, I've got a scratch on my left hand, and my left thigh has a stretched out bruise the size of Guatemala. The doctor prescribed pain killers, but it's not working. I couldn't even sleep on my left side and I have problems getting in and out of the car.

Damn, I wish I had that fall on video tape. I'd watch that over and over again with a glass of wine.
