i think i'm falling for him. he's got blue and sometimes green eyes, a smile that just makes you melt, and the hair! oh, the hair! i see him every tuesday and sunday night and yet i can't get enough. there's something so charming about his whole being that draws me in and makes me drool. i want him.

signs that you're gonna have a bad day:
you get in your car to drive to work and the battery is dead
the morning mist moistens your hair and it flattens. hence, bad hair day.
every person you run into comments on your sunburnt peeling eyelids
you get to work and find out 3 of the 7 employees in your department called out and you're stuck with more work
wow. this past weekend was pretty eventful. i have no clue what i did friday night so let's start off with saturday morning. andrea and i headed out for huntington beach and sunbathed for about 2 hours. it was overcast but yes, i finally got a tan! and no, it's not sunburnt. well, maybe except for my eyelids where i forgot to put the coppertone and for a few patchy spots in between my boobs which i thought i had covered. i'm so dumb. then we headed out to wes co for a bday bbq, stuffed myself with jello pie, and continued on our way to las palmas. sunday jesse invited me to his coworker's house party which was strictly a sportcoat and tie event. i swear we were the youngest ones there considering everyone else was gray haired or balding. i've never been to a party like that before. they had a specific type of wine for everything and hor d'oeuvres up the butt like spinach filled mushrooms and flying pigs. it was a fully catered event along with homemade pistachio ice cream. it was full of art lovers and the house was fully decorated with expensive china, original artwork, and a newly built puzzle mosaic glued to the wall which the homeowner had just finished. the back yard was tiered with a pool and a walkway leading to different plants and palm trees from all around the world. i felt so poor yet i was inspired to push myself knowing one day i would own a house just like that one, only better.
