yay! i finally know how to drive stick! and i only stalled ONCE! my brother is the most patient teacher on earth. of course i would still panic as soon as i saw oncoming traffic, but man, it's hella fun. my brother says you know you're a pro when you can drive stick, smoke a cigarette, and talk on your cell phone all at the same time. uh... yeah. right.

i did the dorkiest thing today. i was trying to walk through a door but my shoe flipped sideways and i ended up doing the "wave you arms in the air and do everything you can to maintain your balance" dance. i crashed into the side of the door and stood there trying to balance on one foot so i wouldn't fall. i wanted to laugh so hard but i couldn't b/c it was so quiet in the store. yes, this was in public. IN PUBLIC!!!
