i did it. i asked him out. i don't know what the hell came over me. it was pretty spontaneous too. i just picked up my phone, called him, and without hesitation requested "i was wondering if i could take you out to dinner sometime". why did i do that? of course he said yes, but shit, i wasn't supposed to call him. ugh. personally i think men should always show more initiative but i'm a woman of the new millenium and if i wanna hang out with someone i'll do it. if i wanna take someone out on a date i'll do it. i'm not gonna waste my time waiting for a phone call and wondering about my "what if's...". (actually, he was gonna call me last night but he got home too late, but that's besides the point.) plus i figure i won't be seeing him anymore since we don't have class together next term. no harm, nothing lost. i'm just trippin.
