whew! this weekend was way too tiring. kristine's gonna kill me, but i really don't feel like clubbing when she comes back home. (i expect a phone call from her now where she screams at me and bitches at how i took over her friends - too bad, they like me better! hahahahah!) seriously, i think i'm a little under the weather being that i was out this whole weekend and came home only to shower. BUT I HAD THE TIME OF MY LIFE!!! friday we took the michiganders to rock bottom at the spectrum where we met up with mel, nani, and the rest of the irvine crew. sorry, mel, if that dude was trying to hit on you. saturday we threw a surprise bday bbq for galvez at my sis's apartment. funny thing was quinn was the only one there to surprise him cuz everyone came later in the evening. and it wasn't even a surprise... quinn just so happened to be walking out of the bathroom at the right moment. it's cool, quinn, i won't tell anyone you violated the bathroom. by 7pm we had a good crowd forming in the living room where rex entertained us with his guitar skills. that boy can play ANYTHING on his guitar! my cousins and my bro challenged him with every song possible... from stone temple pilots to the philippine national anthem. truly a gifted genious!

since he plays everything by ear, i requested he show us how to play "good love" by jodeci. i don't know anyone who knows how to play that song. (my fingertips are still throbbing at this very moment.) anyway, all 20 of us left for the century club by around 9:45 where we stayed til it ended. yesterday we ended up going to the rose bowl cuz the michiganders wanted to take souvenir pics of plaques where MI won the super bowl (like i care) but we took some cool pics inside and outside. tourists we were. then it was over to the loft by the airport where we partook in awesome hawaiian food... screw the hawaiian food, i wanted to eat one of the waiters. and then they left (*sniff* *sniff*). til we see you again for new years, guys! vegas is on!
